    QX-N is High-gram material paper cup forming machine. we create this kind of machine based on the western customers request ,we adopt ultrasonic for heating. For a better cup body and bottle connection, we take heating phase into three steps. Advanced technology allowed our facility more safety both on itself and operators. It can accept 150gsm - 450gsm single & double PE coated paper to produce the cups from 4oz to 12oz. Producing capacity is 40-50pcs/minite. Cup mould replacement is available.

REMARKS:
1. Each machine with one size of the paper cup mould which according to the buyer' requests,all models support mould replacement.

2. Supplying a full set of tools to meet the machines daily maintaining and protection ,a number of
spare parts to match at least two years normal replacement.
3. Post service: Our engineers will be dispatched to the buyer' factory for the machines' installment and
the machine operators' training. The buyer can also send his workers to our factory for a 3-5days free training.
