Main introductions:

1. The size of the device is about L:12.6m, W:3.6m, H:1.6m.

2. You can use this device to mainly process: a. Spunlace nonwoven fabric; b. PP sponbond nonwoven fabric; c. air-through nonwoven fabric; and other kinds of nonwoven fabrics.

3. The size of raw material allowed: W: 140cm; Diameter: 100cm .

4. The producing speed: 10-80pcs/min, the tolerance allowed

after folding:   ±2.0cm ; The total power needed: 8.5kw; The

total weight of the device: 3.5 ton .

5. The performance of the machine: a. vertical folding; b.

die-cutting; c. horizontal folding; After automatic counting

pieces, through some transferring belts to send out the

products. The device uses stepless producing speed adjusting

device to adjust the length of the products. You can adjust the length below 140cm.

6. The device uses the hob(knife) to die-cut the folded the

bedsheet. The hobs use imported ones which are not easily

frayed. Low speed and high speed running can be adjusted freely, the running is very stable. The folding way can be changed freely according to the change of folding device. The device can finish many vertical folds, 1/2/3 horizontal folds. Folding is finished by sets of servo devices.

7. The device uses touch-screen to control the running of the machine.

8. The tail shelf installs broad-strap synchronous transferring device to control the tension of the cloth. The machine has automatic raw material feeding device.

9. The device uses Panasonic transducer to adjust the producing speed. The electronic parts have reasonable wires laying and easily operate. The electromotor use Shanghai famous brand.

10. The whole machine is made of international standard steel and iron. Use rust-preventing paint to brush the surface of the device. All the bedplates of the machine must use rust-preventing paint. Frame of the device had good jointing and the size is precise. Bracket is fixed strongly. Strap wheel, gears and all the driving parts are centrosymmetric. The main gears are easily adjusted to promise the stable running of the device. We offer 5 years quality guarantee for the main parts of the machine (except the human reasons).

11. All the standard screws use good 45# and inner hexagon screws. We use all 304# stainless steel to make the parts which can affect the the products sanitary and other quality (the thickness of the stainless steel is 1.0mm-4.0mm). All the electroplating parts are electroplated two times to promise the fine surface of the machine. We promise the machine will not be rusted in 3 years.

12. The device installs front and reverse cloth-guiding conversion device (only our factory makes this device on the machine in China.)
