2. The device has below functions: raw material transferring, make embossing on each round cotton pad, punching the raw materials to be round cotton pads, counting and arraying to output the products.

3. The device uses mechanical punching, has 4 sets round punching knives and uses the most reasonable arraying way to save raw materials into the minimum level. And low down the cost of products.

4. The width of raw material depends on the width of mould. Usually the diameter of each round cotton pad is 5.8cm, and we make one outputs four rows machine, so the suitable width of raw materials will be about 25cm, the diameter of raw materials will be about 100cm.

5. We can make the diameter of the round cotton pads as clients request.

6. The device uses vertical outputting way, has high stability and efficiency. The normal producing speed is about 400pcs/minute.

7. The device uses imported punching knives.

8. The device uses transducer to control the producing speed and its very easily operated; the electronic parts have reasonable wires laying.
